Booking Conditions

How it works, from first contact to coming home.

  1. How does the initial assessment work?

We schedule a no-commitment meeting to get to know your pet, their routines, and work out which service makes the most sense.

  2. How do bookings and the deposit work?

Bookings are only confirmed once a 50% Booking Deposit is paid.

  3. What is the cancellation policy?

    High season

More than 30 days' notice: full deposit refund.

Between 15 and 30 days: 50% of the deposit is retained.

Less than 15 days: 100% of the deposit is retained.

    Low season

More than 15 days' notice: full deposit refund.

Between 7 and 15 days: 50% of the deposit is retained.

Between 3 and 7 days: 100% of the deposit is retained.

    High season dates:
    13/02 to 17/0227/03 to 12/0401/06 to 15/0928/11 to 08/1218/12 to 07/01
  4. What is the Trial Day and when does it apply?

Every new dog must complete a mandatory Trial Day. If severe anxiety or a need for continuous supervision is identified, an individualised-care fee of +5€ per day applies. If reactivity towards other animals is identified, or full exclusivity is required (no integration or stay with other guests), the booking may still be accepted — but due to the separation logistics required, it will be charged at the 2-dog occupancy rate.

  5. What are the operating hours and after-hours fees?

Official hours are 08:00 to 20:00. An After-Hours fee of 5€ applies per hour or part thereof. From 22:00, doors close for the night and the pet stays over (an extra full day is billed for the following day).

  6. What do I receive during my pet's stay?

You receive photos, videos and a status update every day, so you never have to worry.
